Created a real-time conversational AI that co-hosts BCG's "Imagine This" podcast alongside human hosts. GENE engages in live, unscripted conversation about the future of business and technology. Built on GPT-4o with custom tuning. OpenAI for speech-to-text. ElevenLabs for voice synthesis with a deliberately synthetic timbre. Two variants share a core but load specialized personality layers at runtime: Podcast GENE for live co-hosting, Audiobook GENE for long-form content. Evolved from a podcast co-host into a client engagement and content creation platform. Auto-generates show notes and article summaries with 3x the citation depth of standard tools.

The client asked for a video. What they actually needed was an interactive prototype. Built a voice-synced animated experience that looks and feels like the client's own product, demonstrating how AI could transform a core workflow. Rehearsal and presentation modes let the presenter control pacing. A video is fixed. This breathes. Custom design system matching the client's product language. Delivered as a self-contained browser experience for C-level review.

Voice-driven interactive storytelling platform with real-time character AI, procedural art generation, and narrative branching. One AI system plays the director AND all characters. Users interact through voice. Narrative triggers characters, not the other way around. Telegram bot version ran autonomous conversations with real users.

Conversation-first motion graphics tool where talk replaces timeline editors. The system generates, self-reviews, and curates creative work during downtime. Active practice.

Design consulting practice where an AI system is a core team member. Runs daily standups, writes and reviews code, coordinates deliverables across designers and developers, and maintains project memory. The AI doesn't replace the humans. It handles the coordination overhead so the humans can focus on craft.

Produced a full video using AI-generated visuals. Developed an image generation pipeline with anchor-first methodology for visual consistency across dozens of frames. Model selection rules, prompt architecture, and image chaining workflows. From script to storyboard to final deliverable.
